I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against DUCAT Pitampura Branch, an educational organization, regarding their refusal to process my course cancellation and refund request.

I had registered for the DevOps course but decided not to continue after attending only two demo classes. Therefore, I submitted a request for cancellation of my registration and a full refund of the fees paid, as I did not proceed with the course beyond the trial period.

Payment Details:

₹2, 000 on 26th April 2025 (Registration Charges)
₹16, 740 on 27th April 2025 (Course Fees)
Total Paid: ₹18, 740
Mode of Payment: UPI

Despite my repeated attempts over the three months (From April till June), including multiple emails and phone calls, I have not received any response from DUCAT Pitampura. They have ignored my refund requests and have not answered calls or emails. This unprofessional behavior and lack of communication have caused me undue stress and financial inconvenience.

I respectfully request the Consumer Court to intervene in this matter and take appropriate action against DUCAT Pitampura. I am seeking a full refund of ₹18, 740, as I have not availed of any services beyond the initial demo classes and have acted within a reasonable time frame for cancellation.

Your urgent attention and assistance in resolving this matter will be highly appreciated.
