Dukaan Support — Paid Order Not Received After One Month / Refund Requested / No Response via Phone or Email

I am filing a complaint against Dukaan Support for failing to deliver a paid order and not responding to my requests for a refund. On Aug 4, I ordered a dress and paid for it in full. Now its more than 1 month.

I have attempted multiple times to contact Dukaan Support through both phone and email. My calls have not been answered, and my emails have gone unanswered. I requested for refund, but no response.

The lack of delivery and unresponsiveness from Dukaan Support is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience. I am seeking a full refund of the amount paid and a resolution to this issue.And we shouldnt allow these cheatings to continue.
