I am a resident of Vengambakkam belonging to Agaramthen Panchayat.
Agaramthen Panchayat is piling up garbage which they are collecting from all over the panchayat on the road to vengambakkam. The foul smell has started coming out of the garbage dump as it has not been cleared for such a long time.
