I deposited the following four fixed deposit receipts to your company for refund but till this day neither any interest nor the principal amount is refunded to me. (1) 3P20092 matured on 4/11/96. (2) 3M20150 matured on 17/10/96. (3) 3M20157 matured on 4/11/96. (4) 3M80035 matured on 8/1/98. Now I am more than 70 years old and facing various health problems for which I need money for treatment. Please help me by refunding the money amounting to Rs 36000/- and interest (Rupees Thirty six thousand and interest).

Dear Team

I have purchased two new Tyres from Dunlop for my BMW GT on the 8th Nov 2021.

One of the Tyre has developed two tears/deep cut and the other is having one. Its pretty deep and can cause serious issues.

Tyres change at 40274KM
Current Reading 43600 KM

The rear tyres are Continental and I am not seeing any issues with that.
I was expecting the similar or even better quality and performance from Dunlop too.

I am herewith attaching the pictures, invoices etc. Let me know for any additional details pertaining to the same. Not sure this is due to a particular batch problem.

My request here is to replace both the tyres at the soonest. Please do the necessary and let me know.

I have been fixed deposit above mentioned company to amounting rs16000 and rs9000 on 8.2.1996.Matured dated was on 7.2.1997.Iwas applied many times for refund. But no result came.Arindam mitra.

We had invested in three deposits with the company in 1995 doe 3 years with maturity in 1998 for each Rs 15000. inspite of multiple follow up have not got the refund amount. FD account nos are 3G10001, 3G1002 and 3 S1009. i have neither received the principal or the interest amount.

currently i am facing lot of hardship and in need of money. with great trust had invested in the company. request you to consider my submission and refund the principal of the deposit. further we have shifted from Calcutta to Chennai. pls note to share the refund to the below address

Dear sir,
I had purchased Hyundai i20 Asta Optional from Saphire Motors Pvt. Ltd.Bangalore on 6th march 2018. with regn, No.KA02 MN 3331.

The vehicle was delivered to me with 195R16/55R16 specification Dunlop tyres fitted to it.

The wheels were periodically alignined and balanced during servicing at Hyundai service centres and with reputed alignment centres.

After hardly running for 23000 KMs., the vehicle has started wobbling and pulling sideways. During the course of wheel alignment, it is shocking to find that the tyres show signs of swelling at the middle surface.
It is very hard to digest that a tyre manufactured by a reputed company like Dunlop, supposed to last for atleast 40000 KMs, showing signs of defectiveness at this early stage.

Driving the vehicle with such inferior quality tyres would be a threat for the safety of the vehicle, users and others on road.

Hence I request you to kindly address the issue and replace the defective tyres immediately.

Hope you would take the matter seriously and avoid me going for other alternatives.

I mahavir singh chauhan worked for dunlop india limited for 25 years, i forget the salary of 2.6 years but when i know the fraud done by the company in our pf i was totally yield, now the days i am suffering from lots of disease and my entire life earning is stuck up due the fraud done by company and some government officials i am am in hand to mouth condition.
Nobody is hearing me and only waiting if company release my pf so i can get the medical facility and run my family.

Tyre provided with the vehicle purchased has developed a blister and a tear. Please find attached the images of vehicle purchase invoice as well as the images of the problem in the tyre marked. Vehicle reg no-up 78 dx 1001. This has developed all of a sudden where the car had been standing in the parking for the whole day and when the car was being taken out the next day for use, the problem with the tyre was observed

Dunlop India Ltd. Kolkata and Regional Provident Fund Commissioner and Other Officials of the West Bengal govt. were protecting. Dunlop India ltd never paid the workers provident fund, gratuity and other dues. I have filed the case against company in labor court, meerut but company never represent there. So the labour court, meerut has sentenced the case in our favour on 5/4/2010 which says that company has to pay some amount to me but the company has not yet paid.I have also sent the notice to provident fund office of calcutta, howrah and new delhi for clearance of our unpaid provident fund.In reply of this PF OFFICE has ordered dunlop company to clear my unpaid PF but till now they have not paid. When the company was operational they were paying bribe to the concerned officials to save themselves but now when the company is in liquidation EPFO officials demanding 130+ crores outstanding dues for provident fund and pension fund. They know very well that the such a huge amount can not be revived from liquidator and lot of litigations can face for the recovery of the fund so now they are fully want to save their own face from various courts and workers. Strange to know that the concerned ministry are also not taking any serious note and workers of the Dunlop India Ltd are feeling cheated by the hand of management, EPFO, and by the West Bengal govt. Dear Sir, I purchased one Dunlop tyre 155/70/13 for my Santro car dtd.17/6/13 against invoice no. 7964 from M/S ABN Automobiles Pvt. Ltd B 35.sec 16, Noida. UP. Dealer written unconditional guarantee for one year and three year warranty on pro rata basis. Unfortunately with in two month this Tyre got cut from side. When I contacted above said dealer for replacement of tyre, he demanded half of the cost of tyre to get it replaced from company. This is not valid under guarantee I should get tyre replaced free of cost. I tried to lodge my complaint on web site of Dunlop. Surprisingly all phone nos. given on site for all the Dunlop offices are no more valid. Either all the no.s have changed or purposefully not given correctly so that complainants can not give their complaints. I checked every where and found Dunlop company in India belongs to Ruia group. Then I went on corporate site of Ruia group. On corporate site many no. are given out of which only one No. is operational . After long trial I could be able to get through the no. and receptionist transferred my no. to extn. no.265 . There some Mr. Pankaj talked to me rudely. When I said about wrong phone no.s given on Dunlop site ,he replied all the no. have changed. Any way I told him my whole tyre story to this gentlemen but he said company can not do anything. This is matter between dealer and consumer so solve yourself and disconnected the phone. I again tried same no. then some Mr. Shyam picked up the phone. I again narrated the whole story to him , he said I am busy so call tomorrow. This is something unethical I asked him to give some other no. but he refused to give. Ultimately I asked him to give no. of Mr. Ruia who is owner of company. He replied you do whatever you want Tyre will not be replaced. I am shocked by the behavior and customer service provided by the company. Please look in to this and help me. Thanks Sanjay Gupta

Dunlop India Ltd. Kolkata and Regional Provident Fund Commissioner and Other Officials of the West Bengal govt. were protecting. Dunlop India ltd never paid the workers provident fund, gratuity and other dues. Many employees has filed the case against company across India but company never represent there. So many ex party orders are there, but they never executed by the state of West Bengal.West Bengal Govt., EPFO officials and even police of the state govt. are under the pressure of Dunlop India Ltd. Strange to know from the reply of regional provident fund office Howrah that Dunlop India Ltd. has paid all the dues towards provident fund upto June. 2011 but when asked documents under RTI EPFO, Howrah refused and stated that the establishment is exempted and they have no details, but now on Appeal in CIC the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner stated on May 16, 2013 that on Dunlop India Ltd. has outstanding dues of Rs. 130+ Crores till today. ITS A clear case of corruption. When the company was operational they were paying bribe to the concerned officials to save themselves but now when the company is in liquidation EPFO officials demanding 130+ crores outstanding dues for provident fund and pension fund. They know very well that the sucha huge amount can not be revived from liquidator and lot of litigations can face for the recovery of the fund so now they are fully want to save their own face from various courts and workers. Strange to know that the concerned ministry are also not taking any serious note and workers of the Dunlop India Ltd are feeling cheated by the hand of management, EPFO, and by the West Bengal govt. Regarding my EPF settlement.

Sir,

I was a employee of Dunlop India Ltd since 1970 as a Peon, my last working location was Vadodara (Gujarat) Depot.

I had given my 25 years of my life to the company and company had also given me a lot, my father was also worked with this poineer company. i had send my regination to the personal department and request them to settle my EPF but i have not received a single reply for the same.

I am now 55 Years old and standing in door of retirement, suffering from varrious Health Related Aliments and lam in urgent need of finance to meet the medical expenses that has befallen on me and because of this i am not able to marry my daughter as she is 32 years old, therefore once again Request you to pls settle my EPF so i atleast one responsibility of my family once request you to consider my Case sympathatically placing yourself in my position for the as a very special case.Hoping you will,soliciting your favourable response.

Sub:- Deducted Rs- 9038.55 against Credit Card from my Salary account without prior information.





Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I Shri Sudipto Dey an employee of Dunlop India Ltd opened a new salary account in your bank 2 months before.



My new savings a/c no is –[protected]. On 17/09/2009 my company credited rs 39870/= against my salary & annual benefit and I found that

Rs-9038.55 got blocked by you due to a credit card #[protected]. And also I got a msg in my mobile on 19/09/2009 that Rs- 9038.55 has been deducted from my salary account. But how without any prior information you have deducted my money though it was blocked by you and without any proper investigation.



I still declared that there was no dues lying against the credit card because previously I was in Ceat Ltd on 2003 and there also my salary account was opened in your bank. One of your representative persuadingly gave me a card . And I never purchased anything against that card.



But in 2004 your collection agents came to me and told me that I have purchased goods against my credit card and I have to pay the money. But as per my knowledge I never purchased anything from anywhere against that card. Than I told them to produce me the bill than only I will make the payment, but they failed to produce any bill. Than they told me to settled the account with a minimum amount but I refused that offer because I never purchased anything against my credit card. And also to inform you that that account was opened till December 2007.



This is a very serious issue. You are requested to revert my amount of Rs-9038.55 with interest immediately to my salary account No[protected]. Failing which I shall be forced to take legal action and than off to consumer court. Bank will be responsible for all the expenses etc. for that.



Your immediate attention and action is solicited in this issue.
