Not ready to register the property after the sale agreement is done

SDP is cheating people by not refunding the advance amount paid for booking of site when cancelled. We paid advance of rs.1 lakh while collecting the site documents . After validation we found the documents are not proper and we requested for refund . Srinivasa Gowda of SDP gave a cheque for Rs. 1 lakh which got bounced . He will not be available whenever we go to office and his assistants will not allow us to meet him . When I approached his office, one Mr. Vinod who calls himself as Srnivasa Gowda close associate and Account assistance assured he will get back the money. But with in couple of days it proved to be false and when called Mr. Vinod he gave a wrong reply . Asked us to do whatever we can . Finally we have filed a case against Mr. Srinivasa Gowda and is in the court now. So be careful . I recommend not to go with SDP.

Couple of weeks back I read in news paper and also on TV that Mr. Srinivasa Gowda was arrested for cheating few Air force people in the name of getting them sites. After that no updates when got released . So be careful with SDP.

Requesting to you all please join with us as a core team to fight against the SDP, irrespective of which property we booked in the company, since if you go individual and ask for refund to Mr Srinivas &co there is no use since he always tells lies which will not work in our favour, we are going to meet him by 05/08/2016 and asking below points.

1) There is no further date for him to delay on refund be strict and settle the refund then and there.

2) In case any excuse on above point, will book spot case against him and take serious civil petition against him & co.

3 ) Trying to lock all his properties with help of legal notice

4) Will do darana at his home near Yelanka twin towers full day.

5) He cheated nearly 467/Customers and worth of 289 CR Indian rupees, please do not leave him .

7) why I'm writing all these points since it is advised by his own employees against him .

He is a criminal he should be punished for cheating people.

I had booked a plot in Durga Chaishalya project by paying Rs 10 lakh in 2 installments as 30% down payment untill May 2015. I did not go for registrations since last release from BIAPPA was not there. I just waited in patience but didn't see any development happening for 7-8 months. I got frustrated and gave a written request for cancellation and refund of my money in the month of Jan 2016. Till date I have not received my hard earned money. Everybody in the office, including Srinivas Gowda, kept giving assurances that were never fulfilled. Srinivas Gowda even issued me cheques twice but when the due date comes for depositing the cheque he would ask his office staff to call me and tell not to deposit the cheque. However both the times i presented the cheque and it got bounced. I even sent legal notice but it was of no use, as he knows loopholes in the legal system. In fact he even said once that if i want i can go to court and it would take years for settlement. Since i cannot afford long legal battle, i got in touch with him and pleaded him to return my money. As usual, he kept making false promises. Last he promised me that the money would be payed by end Oct 2016, but till date there is no news from him. His phone not reachable for almost a month now. Today I went to office but it was locked. I really don't know what to do. I also do not why his phone is not reachable for so long. Where is he? Sri Durga Properties Cheated us so badly that I couldnt even put my sons in a good school as they gave cheque and it bounced. I have invested close to 50 lacs in two properties in SDP. EVeryone in SDP incuding their staff are thives and robbers. EVen that Syed Aslam and Yadav and their entire accounts team including the receptionist are thieves. They are selling properties now in different names

Srinivas Gowda is the bigggest fraudster and his entire family should be arrested including his staff members and they all should be hanged, they are no less, , the entire family and staff should be punished by law very badly

Very true Durga has also cheated many customers in Bagalur land near kempegowda layout by providing/sale deed to 2 people for the same plot at different dates, also it there is a news that none of the land has been DC converted, and he has not paid full amount to Land lord during his purchase of form of around 6 acres of land from lakshmapathi. they have formed association (all ppl who purchased sites/plots there) and fighting for it...

He srinivasa gowda cheated me with 11lac. Now arrest warrant issued against him. Police is searching now.
