Durgamba Motors — Bad Experience with Durgamba Motors Bust Agency

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter of complaint with all due respect regarding your company's bus services. On 20th July 2023 at 10:30 pm, I booked a bus from Bangalore to Aloor with Durgamba Motors. To my surprise, there were only 10-12 passengers on the bus. However, the driver decided to pick up additional passengers near goraguntepalya and jalahalli without any prior booking. This action not only compromised the comfort of those who had pre-booked their seats but also raised concerns about passenger safety.

Furthermore, the condition of the bus was far from satisfactory as we could hear noise from the clutch plate throughout the journey. At approximately 11:15 pm, the driver stopped the bus near dabaspet and suggested a 10-minute dinner break. Expecting that the bus would depart on time after the break, we resumed our journey. However, around 12:15 am, approximately an hour later, we inquired about the driver's whereabouts and were informed that the clutch plate had been damaged. Consequently, the driver asked us to board another bus traveling towards Kundapur from a different route.

This turn of events left all the passengers frustrated and dissatisfied with the tactics employed by the travel agency. After much argument and delay, it was finally agreed upon to send an empty bus to pick us up. We ended up waiting for almost three hours due to this unacceptable behavior from the travel agency, and the replacement bus arrived at around 2:15 am.

I must express my disappointment with Durgamba Motors and state that I will not be booking any further trips with your company. I also feel compelled to share my negative experience with your travel agency to ensure that others are aware of the substandard services provided.

I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take necessary actions to rectify the issues I have mentioned. Providing quality and safe services should be a priority for any reputable travel company, and I sincerely hope that you will take steps to improve your bus services.
