Durgapur Steel Plant Hospital — complaint against hospital services

My father had a brain stroke on 14th nov, in the morning. We took him to the durgapur steel plant hospital in the emergency. There were no doctors no nurse and no other workers. The patient was kept on the strature for almost 4 hours without oxygen. There were oxyge masks but they did not give that and was busy chatting among themselves. They took almost 1 hour to fill the form. This was the worst experience i ever had. My father is noe in critical care in a different hospital. Doctor has clearly said that as he was kept without oxygen for 4 hours, his lungs choked and they cannot do anything. I want strict action to be taken against this hospital. They do not have doctors, nurses in the emergency and that is also in the morning at 7:30am. My father was there till 11:30am without any treatment. This is the worst hospital ever. This hospital kills patients like this way. Please take a strict action agsi st this hospital. What kind of hospital govt. Is running? My father is an ex employee of dsp. Still this was the treatment he received from this hospital. Shame on you guys and shame on the profession that you are in.
