I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by your technician Pintu and his head, Mr. Pushkar Sharma.
My engagement for a washing machine repair took an unfortunate turn when the technicians not only quoted an exorbitant amount of Rs 3000 for a suspension rod replacement but also exhibited unprofessional behavior. Mr. Pushkar Sharma responded rudely to my concerns and even issued unwarranted threats, creating an unpleasant and unacceptable situation.
Despite multiple attempts to seek resolution through your helpline, I encountered further discourtesy and an unwillingness to address the issue. To exacerbate matters, my washing machine, supposedly repaired, malfunctioned after a single use, adding to the inconvenience for my family.
When I asked for the service bill from the technician, he said that you will get the bill on your number in 3-4 hours, but nothing like this happened.
This experience has left me deeply disheartened and raises serious questions about the quality of service provided by DutyGuy.com. I insist on a prompt investigation into Mr. Pushkar Sharma's conduct and appropriate corrective actions. Additionally, I request a refund for the initial service as the service did not meet the expected standards.
