Dutyway — stolen an amount of 2555 from debit card

I got a call from Dutyway regarding a job interview in a Construction company.To confirm that I will attend the interview they asked to pay an amount of RS.299.As the transaction was not initially successful, they sent me One time password twice.As I got an instruction from the Agent (He introduced himself as Rajesh Shukla.His phone number is [protected])
Without knowing the fraudulent I typed OTP. Later I got two messages that an amount of 2555 has been debited from my account through oxygen wallet. When I called them they told it will be refunded as there is an option to refund.But, it's an inactive process. Please do the needful to block such Cheating sites and fraud agents!
