[Resolved] Dv Enterprise — fraud company. blackmailing for money

I wanted to do work from home. I started searching on internet. Just randomly applied for some job. They don't even mentioned their company name. One day a lady called me and manipulated me so i stepped forward. They asked me for i'd proof and asked to install a application app. They showed me some documents and told no need to pay any single rupee. Due to my exams and i felt dificulty in the work. I asked them to extend the time or reduce some applications. They didn't replied to me. After few days they called and threading me for money of rs. 4300. Or they will they legal case.. Told court and all. Im a bit scared. Now they send me a text that my case listed on 5th of this month. What should i do. Please help me out.
