Dwarikadheesh Packaging — Poor procurement guidance

I am from Dwarikadheesh packaging, Paonta sahib H.P (173025). We deals in HDPE and PP bottles .I am reaching out to let you know that we have uploaded all documents as required from our side in https://procurement.motherdairy.com and generate ID- [protected]@ddpack.in, but its not opening because its a problem of approval from your side.
What are more required documents or what is further guidance no one is guiding us. We have called several time your people said to mail on consumer.[protected]@motherdairy.com and assure us we will get reply and further guidance, but we didn't get any reply till date.
Kindly guide us and tell for further process on urgent basis
