Our documents dispatched from rajpallayam (Madurai) date-09/04/2016 wide doc no-c67188564 & c67188761 which contain sample for our export purpose and need emergency but we cant received till date.
We complained at banglore office complain no[protected] & 01925510 and we update our office address a-508, citycenter bs-reshambhuvan, laldarwaja surat-395003 but we received phone at dtdc office[protected] and said me to collect document frome our office, this is not fair we lost our business due to your service.
Who is responsible to lost our business. ?

We have all proof with recording talk your customer care.

Your service is verry poor and your office not give proper answer.
