E-45 Residents — water wastage

There is a house, address e-45 east uttam nagar near pali factory -110059, 8 boys lives in this house as pg and huge amount of water they waste 3 times in a week.
I already told them 15 times not to waste water, then again they waste thousands of litre water.
It is so because they are using ground water and it is available 24x7.
I have also called some authorities also for water wastage complaint but they are not doing their work by saying that "i am giving you a number, kindly contact on this number"

Kindly take action against the persons who are wasting water.
