E Adhaar Card — What's the point of e-Aadhaar if it is not accepted as an ID proof even for bus travel?

Govt confirmed that we can use e adhaar card and it is as same as adhaar card but why it is not getting accepted by the conductors of ts rtc buses.
Kindly confirm me once again whether e adhaar card is accepted legally or not.
