List of problems :
1) Delayed delivery : Ordered in November 2015. Received it after 7 days
2) Broken Power Bank : 1st power bank in completely broken state. Upon complaint, they replaced but never received a warranty card
3) Complaint for Warranty card : It has been 4 months I never received any confirmation or reply on this.
4) Duplicate product : when informed them about the duplicate product (I have given them the proof from Original Mi officials that they do not have launched 20800 Power bank in India nor on any website) they say that the power bank supplied was never of Mi and the logo on it which says "Mi" is their own e bazar ninja logo, which i am not able to find anywhere on their website nor anywhere else. They are not able to proof also that the logo belongs to them. Show me your logo registration copy and provide me a warranty card and I take back my complaint.
5) No response : I send them email every 15 days but never receive any reply. Even when i call, they never answer. Secondly whenever we email them asking to call back, they initiate a return request and keep sending courier people to take the product return and replace it..
This behavior of theirs certifies that they are a fraudulent company and never wanted to do any genuine business. They just wanted to loot innocent people money and run away.
Beware!!!
Desirable solution : refund my money back with interest.
