Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform that one of your delivery agent Mr Gangaraj V working at your Chikmagaluru Branch has delivered a parcel from Flipcart yesterday at around 5:32 pm for which COD was opted as payment mode for an amount of 275/- rupees instead of getting the payment directly to the company he has present his personal upi id for the payment and he has mentioned that their is an error with app so amount can't be displayed and ask my wife to pay an amount of 375/- rupees instead of 275/-rupees
Kindly look in the matter and get me the difference amount refunded with a stern warning to the Agent
