Placed an order for an Apple charger on Tata CLiQ, which was assigned to Ecart for delivery.
The delivery agent contacted me on Saturday and Sunday( 6th - 7th June 2026). Since I was unavailable because the given address was marked as office address. I requested that the package be delivered on Monday. The agent refused and stated that he would leave the package anywhere if I did not receive it immediately.
I have not received the package. However, the order status has been updated as "Delivered." No package was handed over to me, nor was it delivered to an authorized person on my behalf.
The agent's tone was rude and unprofessional. I was concerned about the safety of my package due to his statements. Additionally, the delivery status was updated without considering my delivery request.
I request an immediate investigation into this matter, and give me the product or refund the amount paid by me. I also request that appropriate action be taken against the delivery agent for marking the order as delivered when it was not received by me.
