E Challan — the e challan is wrongly issued on my name

Comp. Fee (Rs) - 500/-
Violation - without helmet

The challan issued to me shows a guy on white activa vehicle with a blur number plate. (7814)
My vehicle is tvs jupiter make grey color and the details can be checked in rc available with rto.

The challan is wrongly issued on my name.
Kindly direct it to the offender.
