E-Com Express — late delivery of product

I ordered a product from flipkart and its delivery date was on 1st november 2019, which is today. I contacted the e-com executive and he said that it can be delivered after a week since there is lots of product to be delivered. A customer have the right to get the product in the described delivery date. The executive was not ready to deliver the product even if i go to their office.
