I ordered some items awb number [protected] from ajio on 19 april and the parcel came to my location on 27 april .Everytime I keep on getting messages that it was out for delivery but I never got them. I tried calling the ecom customer care number the executive says that it will be delivered within 24 hrs.I tried calling many times and Everytime they say it would be delivered within 24 hrs.but today when I checked the status it shows that my shipment is rto locked.I need my ordered products immediately
