E Kalyan Jharkhand — scholarship pending of year 2012-13 and 2013-14

I m sagir ahmad and my acknowledgement no is:-te/13-14/24/242/251166. I m still waiting for my e-kalyan scholarship of 2 years. Still my application is showing under demand list. It's about 5 years completed but still demand list is not cleared.. So plz kindly give some conclusion regarding the concern.. At present moment i need this amount urgently...
