I am writing to formally request the refund of the base amount I deposited for the online fancy number bidding conducted through Parivahan. I participated in the bidding process for the registration number KL 18 AJ 5151, which concluded on[protected]Monday) at 10:30 hrs. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in securing the number.
As per the communication received via text message from Parivahan and subsequent confirmation from the Regional Transport Office (RTO), I am eligible to claim a refund of the base amount of Rs.3000/- that was deposited during the bidding process.
