E Work Company — Fraud

I got a call from Payal from e work company. they promised to give. Work from home job. they sounded genuine. First registration fees was taken of 999/-. then they asked to pay for some software for 2499. then when i received the email it was bot opening. so i called to enquire but as the senior lady named Arpita was not having much knowledge as per her she asked me to take technical support. And after the she is not giving any response and don't give any kind of payment
