Yes i faced the same issue yesterday... One lady called me and said that she is an advocate in Maharashtra and complaint file has been places on me as i didn't pay the penalty so she called by 11:30 and asked that i have to pay 5000+3500 for legal charges by 12:30 my mind was blanked and i called the members who called me about the work they told me that you have to pay the penalty... And i though i might be in problem so i payed 8500rs by 12:30.. Them again i got a call from someone saying that your payment has been accepted now whether you want continue or cancel i said i don't need any links with it just cancel it... They said for cancelling the agreement charges are applied you have to pay 16950 rs.. then i said is it... Ok do whatever you want i am not paying it.. Thats all and now i am getting messages like you are under section 406, 420 bla bla bla...
