[Resolved] E-Zone Enterprise — e-zone enterprise - blackmail through online jobs

On dt.04.07.2019 at 10.42 a. M. I got a call from e-zone enterprise, maharashtra. His name mr. Ali phone number [protected]. He said me that you are offering for job of data entry. When i accepted the job, they had send me two links and forced to open the links, but that links are not opened. They asked me to immediately uplod my signature, author card and photo on it. He added that signature to make fake agreement without my permission. After 10 days i got one mail from advocate that saying you to pay rs.5000/- for not completing work, i ignore the messages, they send me daily. On dt.18.07.2019 i got one advocate name of "advocate mane" he sends me a legal notice have to pay rs.5000/-+3000/-, now i am not getting what should i do for this, i know it was a fake, fraud and blackmailing company. According to terms and conditions of the agreement, you had to complete the work of (ONLINE CAPTCHA TYPING) in “10” days. But, terms and conditions of said agreement entered into by you with my client i.e. TAT (Turn Around Time) you have not submitted accuracy report to my client within stipulated period of “10” days as mentioned in the agreement. We provided the online captcha typing work like 10, 000 captcha’s and you have not done within “10” days 6. In the agreement we both are agree for the promissory as like under: No initial payment is required to pay at the booking time but you must have to pay Rs. 5000/- amount for utility and maintenance on following grounds.
