Eagle Infra India Ltd — Excess toll deduction at khalilpur toll plaza

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your notice an issue regarding the deduction of an excess toll amount through my FASTag account during a recent round trip between Gurgaon and Agra.

We traveled from Gurgaon to Agra on 18th July 2025, and returned from Agra to Gurgaon on 21st July 2025. During both journeys, an unusually high toll amount was deducted at Khalilpur Toll Plaza.

Below are the FASTag deductions recorded:

[protected]: ₹280 deducted

[protected]: ₹240 deducted

However, as per the applicable toll rates for the route and class of our vehicle, the actual toll fee at Khalilpur Toll Plaza should have been ₹40 per trip.

We believe this deduction is incorrect and request that the excess amount of ₹440 (₹280 + ₹240 - ₹80) be refunded to our FASTag account at the earliest. Please find attached the FASTag transaction details for your reference.
