We started a business with Ease One Pay Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where the company took an advance payment of ₹20, 000 from us. They falsely promised that we could hire 5 delivery personnel and would receive more than 300 parcels per day with full support from their side.
Based on their commitment, I hired two employees, but even after that, I did not receive even 30 parcels per day. Now I am struggling to explain the situation to those employees. The company representatives no longer receive calls or respond to messages.
The people who conducted the initial meeting and made these false promises were:

These individuals have mentally harassed me, failed to refund the initial payment, and have also not paid for the work that was already done.
