On 22/01/2018, i did a online transaction for rs.5000 through my sbi net banking account, to a freelancer name biju sreekumar through easebuzz online payment gateway.
With in one minute i got reply in my mobile and email id, like this

A refund has been initiated for transaction with transaction id : tucsqydnu3 by easebuzz.in. Please find below the details of the refund.
Transaction id : tucsqydnu3
Transaction date : jan. 22, 2018, 4:04 p. M.
Refund amount : 5000.0
The amount will be credited to your bank account in a maximum of 6-7 bank working days.

Biju also told me that money not recieved by him on 22/01/2018.
So i waited for two weeks, expecting my money will return to my account. But in did not recieve. So today i contacted easebuzz online payment gateway through phone, but he is saying after two days they deposited the money in biju account, how they can do that when refund is intiated it should come to the account from where money is being send right.
When i asked it to easebuzz they are saying not to call them,
I need ur action in my issue and want my money back. Please help me sir.
