WE have refer a merchant and fix the markup form the easebuzz.
But we have not received the settlement at the end of the month.
When we asked to the support they told us us as the merchant is live on 24th of the month you will receive it in next month.
When again we have not received it in next month also, we contacted support team. Then they told that they will check and let us know.
They checked and replied after 2 weeks that mark up has not been added from their end that's why we have not received it.
Again then told we can not give the mark up now as the transactions have already been settled.
When as told them that its not fault at our end but at their end then they told us that we can not do anything now and they didnt pay us till today. Was this information helpful? |
