On[protected] someone named shruti (Mobile-[protected]) called me and said i am calling fom sbi credit card, is there any problem? How can i help you? I told her that my credit card is linked with a f. D. And i want to release the link. What is the process? She told me tell me your credit card detils (Card no, cvv). I told her why do you want to know those secret things? No bank employee ask those secret things. She told me, sir believe me i am a sbi employee and don't worry you can trust me. All those things are needed to release your f. D. And she told me about some discount coupon offer and rs. 6, 999/- will be charged for life time discount card. I told her i don't need such offer and i can't bear such huge amount (Rs. 6, 999/-). Moreover, she ask me all the credit card details and tell me if you don't tell me those information then i can't release your f. D. And when i told her those details, the very moment i got a message that you have spent rs. 6, 999/- for easebuzz pune from your credit card. Then i told the lady why do you do such fraudulance task with me? Please immediately reverse the entry. The lady told, sir, you have to wait for 10-15 days, within this timeline you will get your parcel. There will be a customer i. D. After getting the parcel you will call me and tell me the customer i. D. This i. D. Is needed to lodge cancel request. 1 month gone, no parcel received and the lady's mobile phone was either switched off or not reachable. I was helpless. Then i send an e-mail to '[protected]@easebuzz.in ', enclosing 'sms of the transaction' and 'credit card statement' to let them know about the incident and request them to refund my amount (Rs. 6, 999/-). They forward my mail to 'everything pro'. Everything pro told me to wait 5 or 6 days more to receive the parcel. After 7 days (1 month 7 days) i got the parcel. The parcel contains a sports shoe, a quartz wrist watch and a discount card of 'tdeals'. This is no life time card. This card is valid for 1 year only and the card was already expired as the card was valid upto 09/19. Then i further mail to 'everything pro' and request them to pick up the parcel from me and refund the amont (Rs. 6, 999/-) or replace the parcel with a smart mobile phone worth rs. 6, 999/-. But they did not reply yet. Then i contact m/s. E. S. Logistics (M: [protected]), i got this contact from the parcel. They told me to contact customare care (M: [protected]). I call, a lady named shima received the call and told me sir, refund is not possible. So please take steps so that such fraudulance work will stop and please help me to get refund the amount (Rs. 6, 999/-). I am a lower middle class people and i am the only earning member of my family. So this amount is not a matter of jock to me. Please do the necessary steps to get refund or replace the product.
