As I had complained about ease my rip several times earlier too, my woes have not ended.
I wanted to reschedule return journey from xxxx to delhi and logged on to their website and faced the following problems- Difficulty in log in which took many attempts.
Then I was shocked to note that there is no provision to change the date of travel on their website. One has to call up their customer care to change the dates. As I have stated earlier in my complaints that they do not attend to the customer's calls how can one get a change done in an emergency.
Also there is no transparency in the shrouded system. How will I know that I have not been cheated in the fare charged.
Numerous mails were exchanged, following which I wrote to Air India and dept of Consumer affairs but there was no response.
In the time of modern communications through internet how can one rely on International Calls where one pays in hundreds of Rs in roaming charges. Please call this Company as Cease My Trip or Disease My Trip . Was this information helpful? |
