I have ordered today a Iphone 6s mobile case with a order id : OID16743 amount debited from my bank Rs1, 138.00 from eassymall.com . While I was placing the order my amount got charged from my bank account but i got some error message from them but surprisingly within few minutes later i got a order confirmation with the above mentioned order ID. I wrote a mail to them also on the given email id but surprisingly they dont have the contact details to be contacted. I doubted and felt suspicious about this so tried doing a research and found over internet that many customers claimed this website to be a fraud and their money also got debited and they never received the order neither they got their money refunded back by the website . So with this doubtful act I would request to kindly help me to get my amount back from them and blacklist their website as fraud so no one can further fall prey to this.
