Hi Customer Support,

I am still not getting the actual delivery date or promised date from either you Easssymall or from your delivery partner EcomExpress. I am really frustrated with your callous attitude and you are not even cancelling my order. You say you have processed the order and EcomExpress will deliver and they say they have not received the parcel. If you do not answer this email with a satisfactory response I am going to take this up in the consumer court and press damages from your company for cheating an honest buyer/Customer.

I called Ecom Express Customer Care on Thursday January 6th at 10:40 AMand the response the package was not received by them. Today (Saturday) I called to find out what is the status and still they say the package is not receive by them at 4:58 PM. Are you cheating your customers taking orders online and not sending the merchandise? This is the final warning and I would like to inform you if you dont take necessary action and send me the antenna that I purchased on time and on a promised delivery date you will face consequences within the framework of the Law
