mene 2 fake id bnayi thi sumit 258 and poojarawat789, jisse maine consumer portal par east data editing india pvt limited ke against complaint daali thi.Ye sab meri galatfahmi ki wajah se hua .me iske liye bhut sharminda hu.mene iss company or iske kisi b distributors se koi franchise nhi li.muje is company k bare me galtfemi ho gyi thi.Company or iske director sab genuine h, mene iski mca site or distributer ko check kiya h sbne geniune feedback diya hai and company payment b apni commitment se time pe pay krti h or sari payment terms or working terms written form me deti h muje apne kiye pe bhut sharminda hu...future me agar me aisi koi galti karta hu to company mere against legal action le sakti hai.
he is the biggest froud, he is keep telling we have client in maharastra srilanka andhrapradhesh, he dont have even single franchise in this state keep away from him
wish to bring it to light that this company asked for rs.30000 for registration which I deposited in their bank ac on the condition that they will provide 3 days training and if I am not satisfied or not willing to continue then they will deduct 5000 and refund the rest.there was no agreement made, no time frame, no receipt, nothing.
i trusted them and after few weeks when I was caught in covid pandemic with survival issues, I conveyed to mr yadav that I won't be able.to.continue at the moment and kindly refund my amt after deduction, shockingly mr yadav refused to do.so.saying that time has passed and later on they said that they have already purchased the kit .I questioned them that how can they purchase the kit without any agreement or my consent, nor my approval nor without me making further payments for the kit.this was totally absurd..when I was about to deposit rs.30000, numerous calls were being made to me every day but not once they mentioned that within the time frame of 14 days I have to take the decision to continue or withdraw.hence after 2 weeks they started to send me mails to deposit the remaining amount or my registration will be cancelled.i immediately told them that this will not be possible as due to covid everything has come.to stand still.
hence it made me believe that this is not a genuine company rather it's deserves the tag of a fraud.i can't believe that they can dupe people for merely rs. 30000, thank god I didn't invested more in taking dealership and distributorship.not attending calls and replying to emails shows the worth of this company.i respect and believe that this matter should be addressed and resolved.
