Easy Data Solution — they are not refunding my amount back.

Hello team,
I had come across the data entry job on 13th October 2019. I was asked to pay 4250 rupees for registration and documents charges. After paying 4250 they said I'll have to pay additional amount of 6000 or 7000 rupees. I didn't have that much amount and I said I cannot pay anymore money and asked for a refund. The person from Easyway solutions, Harender told that he would refund the amount by 45 days as per refund policy but would try to refund the money back between 25 or 30 days. Today is 23rd October 2019 and I asked him what was the update on my refund. He suddenly says that he cannot refund the money back and will not refund it also.

Kindly please help me with this. I really need my 4250 rupees back.
