As a company i publish some vacancies on your job portal (Naukri.com) but due to your fault my account shows suspended and locked by your side. so i contact with your customer care on your toll-free number, after not getting any positive response i mail on [protected]@naukri.com, they asked me for some documentation for KYC, after getting mail i shared documents on mail. But after waiting one week my account not activated, so i asked them for refund now i got mail from anugrah.[protected]@naukri.com he told me to initiate Refund process soon. But after all this 9 days are already wasted there are no update on refund. What type of service is this? Screen Shot also attached below for Reference.
