Easy Solution — Forcing me pay the amount | |
This is to inform you that miss muskaan from easy solution had approached me to work online as Filling up captcha (Rs. 22, 000/- pr 10, 000 captcha) to be paid by them after every 10 days.in the first amount they will deduct rs. 5500/- from me. She asked me for my adhaar details but i did not give it to her by mail but i sent her my woter id. On whatsapp no. ([protected]) She then told me that if anyone calls from easy solution i should say yes/no/okay. They called me on 5th february 2020 over phone and i did exactly what she said. They immediately sent me an agreement which got automatically deleted where in the agreement it state that i have to send them back by scanning the document and signing it digitally. I did not send the agreement as it got deleted immediately. On 5th february they sent me a password and but no work and how to do it. I sent them a mail stating that i will not be able to do it due to personal reason. I even spoke to miss muskaan and a lady who really misbehaved with me. 18.02.2020 i received a legal intimation letter via email from them, when i sent a reply they again threatened me to pay them the 5500 immediately by email else they will send me court orders. Sir, this is a fraud company as whenever i got a call the telecaller is stating as fraud company. The lawyer of this company has called me up and threatened me. Even his name shows in the telecaller as fraud advocate. The name of the advocate is mr. Mayur joshi, mobile no. [protected]. They are continuously harassing me through different advocates and when you check in caller id its span. Recently another advocate in the name of m r pande no. [protected]. Today, 08/08/2020 i received a legal intimation letter via hard copy in my house.
