Easy Your Holiday — cheating and not refund

I booked a package on 26th nov and i told them to provide me selected hotel from the list what they sent me but after paying 40% amount they are not ready to give me selected hotel and also not ready to give my money back. Also they are not ready to listen anything. I pay 6000 rs to them. Now they do no want to refund me and also they are offering very low budgeted hotels which is not as per my package. I also found many people made a complaint same things on google as well. I feel there must be some action taken against this company.
