I have got call from easyondeal.com online consumer website on date 28/10/2017 and i was informed that for company promotional gift myself was selected and i have to choose gift so as first preference i choose apple make i-phone but later on i replaced it with hp laptop.
Then i was informed that i am only eligible to take this gift if was select on dod contest as per term and condition, so i have choose dod-1 (Rs 8448) so payment has been done as emi through company website portal via paytm. Payment time i asked them that i have choose emi so why whole amount deduct at that time they have informed me that you will get remaining amount within 2 days, but it still not reflect on my account.
Also as query, i have asked that if i don’t like material after received then they replied that you can cancel this and refund will be get within 7 days.

Then on dated 30/10/2017, i also got call from them and informed me that my parcel is ready along with laptop, at that time i also asked them laptop is also dispatched or not and answered was yes it was also in parcel.
On dated 07/11/2017, i got parcel and surprised that laptop was missing so i asked several time to customer care and at last i got update that i have to pay more to get laptop as gift and it was gst + shipping charged, which amount is rs 7108.00.
So i asked them why i have to pay? –no answer
Why not update me before? – no answer
So i asked them to cancel my order but they denied that you cannot cancel it. So after so many request they informed me to drop mail so i dropped mail over there but still didn’t get reply.
Also they informed me that as per company policy i will get my refund within 45 days. What is this??
Also return charges of material i have to bare…what is this???
So as result, i think this is fraud website, request you to please do needful in my case.
