Easypaisa — Disputed transaction from atm card

I was trying to get money from my easypaisa account throught atm .but i cant due to some error in machine.then when i left the place..after half an hour i received a msg of transaction of 5000Rs.i called 3, 4 time at helpline. I did not get any satisfactory details.Disputed transaction occur at thursday feb 2020.kindly help and guide me
