Easypaisa — Money,I am complaining about money transition

I sent 2000 rupees on 6th January 2022 through my easy paisa account and even I received successfully transition message but my receiver replied me I have not received this message and money also.
I request to, kindly accommodate me and re send my payment to my account..

Updated by Chaudhary shakily Ahmad I sent 2000 rupees on 6th January 2022 by my easy paisa account and I also received successfully transition message but the money has not received by receiver and he complained me.
I request to, kindly accommodate me and withdraw my money on my easy paisa account.
I shall be thankful for this graciousness..
