Easypaisa — Refund amount

customer of Jazzcash has done fraud with me. he called me this no.[protected] and hacked my easy paisa account with Title Zain Salman Shaikh. And transfer my balanced to his mobile microfinance bank number [protected] illegal.
Sir therefore requested to you kindly refund my balance soon and take action against criminal. Because i am poor person.
