sir in my words i have not said anywhere the mistake is your company i am working here for 3 months even if the mistake is mine i believe this and i will give myself a chance so that i can rectify my mistake i insisted on canceling your registration, in which I did not find your answer satisfactory.

In all terms which you got before applying and also after applying, it is clearly mentioned, the payment you pay is a fee (not a deposit or security) taken for agreement, support, software etc and it is only refunded on Submissions you do. It is not refunded on cancellations, terminate of id or no submissions etc. So we only told you that refunds are not available on cancellations. We did not say any wrong or did not hide anything from you. Moreover, your work was in Rejection Criteria in the first month itself where company was having full rights to terminate the Contract but still we believe not to cancel and we gave new projects to you. Still if you did not work, there will be no payments because we are not giving payment to do work with errors but we are giving payments to do work without errors.

We completely understand your concern, we would love if you can elaborate your accuracy report also to the complaint whether company had provided you wrong report or you have done wrong work? Generally people makes a complaint but never tells that they have done mistake too. Checking your records, it seems, you have EXTRA ENTER error which was already communicated to you in detail and even mentioned in agreement terms and even after that if you do that mistake how will you get payment? Do you expect company should give you payment for wrong work? or for not getting accuracy? Actually you should write in detail about your report here so that other readers can understand if company is in fault or you are in fault. The reply above given by company is in accordance with Agreement and Terms only which you have with you in your email. Even the same details were sent to you before you applied. So its a request, do not blame company for your mistakes.
As you have already given a complaint, if company is wrong, you can take step but if you are in fault and company has given correct report, than company has rights to take action against the USER.
