Ebay1688 — Cheated by ebay1688.co.

I have been cheated by ebay1688.com.I have been told that i have to buy from ebay1688 for the merchants.they will pay back 30% commision.now i have done my task but the amount is frozen.I cant get back the money.when i asked they said i have to pay additional 80000rs for defroze the money..i am a labour.where do i get that much money..i told them repeatedly to defroze the money..please help me to get out from the situation
