Ebazar. Ninja — The product i received needed an exchange as the size of t shirts was small

Your service is ridiculous. I had requested for an exchange in april but it has been almost 2 months and nothing happened. All that i get is a mail saying the matter has been escalated but nothing has happened yet!!
I tried contacting the customer support number ([protected]) around 12 times and every time i get an automated message stating "lines are busy and they will call back". I haven't received a single call till date. I have been sending mails over 2 months now and i don't get a convincing response. I had paid 1000 rupees as cod when i received the t shirts but since i have returned them, they haven't returned my money or exchanged the t shirts to the next size. It s a loss for me.
I had once spoken to them and they said it has been dispatched. But why have i not received it then? Why do they keep giving false promises.
They also went ahead and closed my escalation ticket twice without solving it. I had to reopen it twice.

Please help me.
