I ordered an mi 20000mah powerbank on 01.09.2016 and got the delivery on 15.09.2016. Just by the look of the product anybody can tell that it was a fake product. It stopped working after 2 days. When i called the customer care no, some miss diksha told me that the refund/ replacement time of 48 hours is lapsed and now i have to courier the product at my own expense. It was fine with me. What shocked me that when i confronted her about genuine of the product, she told me that the product is manufactured by ebazaar. Ninza with original parts from mi. Absurd, how is it possible. My product was anyways of no use to me and i was confident that even if i send it ebazaar. Ninza is nor going to do anything. I opened the product, the inside battery and connections were apparently looking like local made, nowhere near the international standards of mi. Ebazar. Ninza is cheating people with fake products.
