I had Paid 5000 and 2500 on 12/12/2019 for their two different franchisees ICW and ebix money exp respectively but after filling and signing the forms for ICW, I noticed highly incompetent service by their employees. So I didn't apply for the ebix money franchise and asked their employee Sahil sharma to get my amount refunded to me to which he agreed. After that it's been 7-8 months that he is telling me that I'll get my money in 5-6 days. I also contacted the company at [protected]@itzcash.com and I got the automated reply that the person responsible will contact me in 48 hours but no one contacted me even after 2 months. I have all the call recordings and whatsapp chat talking to their employee and email. I am attaching the screenshot of payment to the company.
I also like to make a note that the account from which I made the payment has changed to [protected] Ifsc psib0000645
