Dear sir
We purchase bulk prepaid cards to ebix payment services private limited formally knowns as itz cash program partner of hdfc bank & ppi member of rbi. Before 3 months ebix delivered to cards and onbording with portal (Easy account) and we pay rs 237000 to ebix from our firm account go digital services which is registred in new delhi, & ebix cards does not activate & doesn't work properly, our merchants still frustrated with ebix services and complain continuously, we inform many times to ebix company and forwarding many mail but still ebix makes us fool, no customer support and no solutions also from ebix company side. We requested to you please refund my total amount and reloading amount. If ebix does not refund my amount then we take serious action against the ebix cash or submit a complaint to the rbi directly in mumbai office, and fill a complaint in judiciary.
