I activated account by paying amount as they mentioned but after spending amount i am not able to do work and the chat service is not responding.
I need my amount refund or atleast need to allocate the work. I cross checked the site the person who didn't pay the amount able to open the work but not able to submit as the account is not active and persons whose account is active not able to open the work and do the submission. I request to look on this issue and resolve it.
