Ebus Travels — create havoc between the passenger by not giving the proper seat

Dear Sir/Ma'am, My Name is Shahid Rashid I had book my ticket by online and I had to pay 1099 Rs. I was travel in 16th June 2014 Delhi to luckhnow in Ebus and bus no. is 3994 and my seat no. is 17. Ebus travel agent allotted my seat to another person I had to call most of time to agent but he no any response my call he continuously disconnected my call his no. is [protected]. I told bus conductor also but he says we cant do any thing contact travel agent. Kindly help me. Thank You
